What is life coaching?

A life coach helps guide clients to reach their ultimate goals. While finding the root cause of the challenges a life coach will support in take action towards your desire life. Accountability, support and trust are a huge part of the process.

Life Coaching vs Therapy

The biggest diference is that life coaching is based on taking actions. I am trained in many modalities used by therapists such as Somatic, NLP, Trauma work, Inner child, Internal family systems, and reframing paradigms. We will use this tools to get to the root cause of the problem. Coaches motivate and encourage people to achieve specific goals.

  • Inner Child

    You have an inner child. I have an inner child. We all do. Your “inner child” is a part of your subconscious that has been picking up messages way before it was able to fully process what was going on (mentally and emotionally).

  • Trauma

    Trauma (in all forms) greatly influences the way we show up behaviorally, psychologically, emotionally and somatically. Until we are able to help our clients understand that there are biologically correct and predictable behaviors associated with their traumas, and ways to get them from survival brain to learning brain, we will not be able to intervene and creat

  • Guilty & Forgiveness

    Guilt is a very common feeling that occurs when we do something that is out of alignment with our own moral compass. It can be a purposeful emotion when it guides us to take corrective action whereas it can be destructive when used solely to beat ourselves up for things we cannot change.

    Forgiveness is a "power tool" that frees us from heavy emotions that keep us stuck in the past. When we forgive ourselves and others, we are not condoning hurtful or harmful behavior.

  • Somatics

    What the mind forgets our body remembers” . Our deepest memories are stored on our bodies. You will learn how to process anger, sadness and more them that you will be able to release those emotions instead recycle them.
